Job Summary:
Actively monitoring security threats.
Continuously monitoring the security alerts queue and triaging security alerts using tools such as. Crowdstrike, Tanium, Proofpoint McAfee and Zscalar.
Investigating suspicious activities.
Quarterly audit and deletion of accounts.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
Experience: 0-2 years
