Job Summary:

  • Actively monitoring security threats.

  • Continuously monitoring the security alerts queue and triaging security alerts using tools such as. Crowdstrike, Tanium, Proofpoint McAfee and Zscalar.

  • Investigating suspicious activities.

  • Quarterly audit and deletion of accounts.

  • Excellent Communication Skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory.

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
