Requirements

Job Summary:

  • Excellent Communication Skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory.

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.

  • Exposure to Voice call support.

  • Experience of working in 24*7 shifts.

  • Provide 24/7 voice call support and Incident resolutions providing role as per request mentioned on ticket in 2 different ticketing tools Service Now and Integrify.

  • Handling password reset on calls for various applications & AD.

  • Handling technical calls related to MS-office applications, printers, general queries etc.

  • SolarWinds Alerts.

  • Security project (Daily terminations, disable AD ID, disable application access, Service account creation etc.).

Experience: 2 to 3 years
