Requirements
Job Summary:
Excellent Communication Skills.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
Exposure to Voice call support.
Experience of working in 24*7 shifts.
Provide 24/7 voice call support and Incident resolutions providing role as per request mentioned on ticket in 2 different ticketing tools Service Now and Integrify.
Handling password reset on calls for various applications & AD.
Handling technical calls related to MS-office applications, printers, general queries etc.
SolarWinds Alerts.
Security project (Daily terminations, disable AD ID, disable application access, Service account creation etc.).
Experience: 2 to 3 years
