Requirements
Job Summary:
Extend SME support for E2E test strategy, test Planning, test Execution, defect management, reporting and documentation of functional test cases for the workflows, configurations, Language options and integrations of the Global SuccessFactors instance.
Engineer quick automation resolutions / automation testing practices ( ATP) for various manual / repetitions testing using code reusability.
Boost QA Testing support to business for various modules of SuccessFactors such as Employee Central (EC ), Performance & Goals Management ( PMGM) , Recruiting, Onboarding (ONB), Reporting, Payroll , Time Management, Learning, Succession & development etc.
Streamline QA test activities, QA methodologies ,User Acceptance Test ( UAT ) support with the customer for SAP SuccessFactors/ SAP HR projects for US / CAN / LATAM/ APAC countries.
Troubleshoot issues and identified root cause / fix and effectively communicated to the business to ensure business runs as usual without any impact for various SuccessFactors EC / integrations / payroll projects .
Assist in creating test-product documentation ( User Manual ) and managed QA / UAT test review walk throughs.
Manage data staging & data preparation for various UAT testing project items.
Handle QA / UAT team testing items using various automation processes , software QA methodologies, tools and processes.

Skills Required:
> Strong Communication both verbal and written.
> In-depth knowledge on Testing concepts and methodologies.
> Sound Knowledge on SQL.
> Sound knowledge of SAP Success factor module.
> Strong understanding of OOPS concept.
> Knowledge on Agile Terminologies and JIRA.
> Practive, Self Starter, autonomous & highly organized.
> Basic Knowledge on Supply chain Domain knowledge. Experience: 5 to 6 years
