Requirements
Job Description-
Handling Service now tickets from Employees.
Approving new credit card request.
Chasing employees to submit corporate credit card expenses on time.
Weekly Governance call with onshore team and provide update on agreed SLA's.
Handling Employee Greviances on time.
Creation of monthly MBR's.
Update and maintain Standard of Work records, assist with Internal and External Audit.
Participate/Contribute in continuous improvement initiatives undertaken by the T&E department.
Handling Service Now Tickets from employees.
Approving new credit card request in Citi bank Portal.
Handling email quires from Employees.
Publishing Leave and term report / Manager Approval report / Deliquency report.
Troubleshooting issues and identify root cause / fix and effectively communicate back to the business/Management to ensure no impact on process.
Assist in Monthly/Quaterly/ Annual Audit.
Skills:
Need to have strong understanding of T&E Concur to understand employee Greviances.
High analysisng skills to identify the root cause of a problem and identify fix / resolutions.
Good people Management skills.
Strong communication skills to communicate with internal and external teams.
Technical skills (Concur,Citi Portal, Service now), MS Office Access.
Experience: 3 to 5 years
