Requirements

The WFA Sr. Specialist is a member of the People Services Tier 2 Service Center team and their primary role is to process all data entry transactions related to hires, separations, and data changes. This role also performs tasks related to the analysis of processes and auditing data to ensure the highest level of accuracy and data integrity throughout the company's HR and HRIS systems.

This position reports into the Manager, Workforce Administration.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Processes data transactions of HR data related to hires, changes, promotions, transfers, separations, pay changes and bonuses, as outputs of self-service and other HR processes.

  • Responsible for running basic queries and conducting data audits.

  • May support user acceptance testing of enhancements or application changes to various HR systems by performing end-user testing, creating training materials and presentations and deliver training to colleagues.

  • Uses advanced knowledge and analytical skills pertaining to HRIS in order to guide clients and trouble shoot issues, assist in managing the resolution of application issues/questions; diagnosing problems and coordinating corrective action and use the appropriate tools in order to identify variances and document discrepancies to ensure the dependability of the HRIS systems.

  • Monitor and manage case resolution within performance and processing standards.

  • Responsible for providing exemplary customer service and interaction including answering inquiries from employees or colleagues and communicating via email to resolve inquiries or determine the need for escalated support and care.

  • Active participant of the People Services team by contributing to knowledgebase management, suggesting continuous improvement ideas, and participating in creating department culture.

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Strong base of analytical skills to continuously find new ways to increase data collection and processing efficiency.

  • Computer proficiency is a must including various systems and applications.

  • Comfortable with advanced Excel techniques, including v-lookup, macros and other "cleanup" methods to help focus on data integrity.

  • Quick learner, focused attention to detail, ability to work independently yet not hesitant to ask questions/for help.

  • Proven customer focus and ability to communicate effectively.

  • Technically savvy.

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems

  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD
